What happens when you give me your email.
This site is small and the rules here are simple. I've tried to write them the way I'd want them written for me.
What I collect
When you submit the email form, I store your email address and the reason you submitted it (book release notice, contact, etc.). For security and analytics I also keep a basic record of your browser user agent and the time of submission. That's it.
What I use it for
Sending you the thing you signed up for — the book release email, new essays, or a reply to your message. I don't sell or trade your email. I don't share it with third parties beyond the tools I use to deliver email (Resend) and host the site (Lovable Cloud).
How long I keep it
Until you ask me to remove it. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@lomantini.com and I'll delete your record.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics to understand which essays land and which don't. It collects anonymized page views and approximate location. No personal information is tied to it.
Changes
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, I'll note it here and tell subscribers in the next email.
